Job Description:
As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you will play a pivotal role as the primary interface between Amazon and its business partners. Your responsibilities will include providing operational support to merchants on the Amazon platform, addressing system issues, implementing process improvements, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership of seller interactions with
proactive problem-solving.
Provide exceptional support through effective written and
oral communication.
Ensure prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers,
escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing
sensitive issues.
Exhibit excellent time-management skills and work
independently while adhering to departmental policies.
Contribute to a positive team environment and aid team
members with challenging contacts.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity,
first-contact resolution, and attendance.
Identify trends, provide logical reasoning, and suggest
improvements.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 0-5
years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment, including night
shifts.
Rotational two-consecutive days off in a 5-day working week.
Familiarity with desktop/laptop usage, Internet Browsers,
Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.
Ability to handle a concurrent blended profile involving
phone/chat and emails.
No unplanned leaves during the first four months (Training
& Transition).
Willingness to assist selling partners globally, including
marketplaces in India, USA, EU, and ME.
Salary Details:
₹3-4.25 Lacs P.A.
Additional Information:
Information Security: Candidates must be willing to sign an
undertaking adhering to data security policies.
Weekly Off: Rotational two consecutive days off (a 5-day
working week with a weekend off).
