Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal
role in ensuring the seamless operation of customer service activities. Your
responsibilities will include:
Addressing and resolving user appeals.
Translation of texts to facilitate effective communication.
Training and onboarding new agents.
Supervising and monitoring the activities of agents.
Ensuring compliance with production discipline.
Generating reports on work quality.
Providing guidance and feedback to the team.

Working Terms:

Probation period: 3 months.
Initial training provided.
Shift work from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am,
with 2 days on and 2 days off.
