Purchase Primary Source Verifications:
Acquire primary source verifications from third parties to
validate credentials.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Quality Control:
Proactively identify issues or negative trends and
communicate them to managers.
Collaborate on improving business processes to enhance
efficiency and accuracy.
Communication and Collaboration:
Engage in phone outreach to practitioners and healthcare
administrators to gather missing information.
Attend team check-ins and training sessions to stay updated
on best practices and procedures.
License Management:
Update providers' licenses in our database to reflect

Maintain meticulous records to facilitate easy retrieval and

Enrolment Management:

correct group entity.
