In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to learn directly from our Head of People, gaining invaluable experience in merging recruitment artistry with HR science. This position promises a dynamic environment where challenges are met with rewarding learning experiences. As a vital part of our growth journey, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company culture while attracting and nurturing top-tier talent.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Craft engaging job descriptions, screen
candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Innovative Sourcing: Implement creative strategies to
attract top talent to Oliv. AI.
Employer Branding: Contribute to initiatives enhancing
Oliv.AI's employer brand.
HR Support: Assist in performance management, and employee
engagement, and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Data Compliance: Maintain and update employee records in
compliance with data protection laws.
Skills & Educational Qualification:
Enrolled in or a recent graduate of HR, Business
Administration, or related fields.
Interest in the startup ecosystem and B2B SaaS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable mindset.
Familiarity with HR software and recruiting tools is a plus.

Competitive pay: 10,000 INR/month (part-time) or 20,000
INR/month (full-time), with the potential to convert to a People & Talent
